Design2Host Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All custom artwork and Print-on-Demand (POD) orders are processed within 3–7 business days of receipt. This time is required for art creation (if applicable), printing, and quality inspection. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or on US holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or significant production delays, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Design2Host offers FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times are calculated after the production time (3–7 business days).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Design2Host ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Method
All shipments are fulfilled using a variety of carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local international postal services) chosen for efficiency based on the destination and product type.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Design2Host is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, VAT, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Design2Host is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may require photo evidence to assist you in this process.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we assume the entered address is correct and the customer accepts and acknowledges responsibility for undeliverable and/or missing packages.
Design2Host will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at contactus@design2host.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved if necessary. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be concluded.
